Oh Friday...

Hi there everyone!

Yesterday something happend that I thought I wouldn't have to worry about for another 7 or 8 years...

There was a knock at the front door and when I went to answer, there were 2 boys standing on the porch asking for Ragan! What? My Ragan? She is only 8, boys shouldn't be coming over asking for her yet!!! It seems like just yesterday that she graduated from Pre-school with her pretty little polka dot dress on...

I have to admit, I watched them like a hawk, a very protective mother hawk! I wish I had my camera handy at one point because one of the boys squeezed next to Ragan on the tree swing...it was pretty cute! It was so funny to watch them, Ragan would twist her hair around her fingers and the boys kept telling her that they knew karate and then they would show her the new karate moves they learned. I couldn't wait for Gabe to get home to see this! When he did get home from work, Ragan ran into his arms and just gleamed...she told the boys that he knew karate too...so then the boys quizzed Gabe about his belt color, the type he studied, what his best moves were(in karate), not long after Gabe came home, the boys decided that it was time to head home...Gabe said that was probably a good idea! I just sat back and smiled at the whole situation, it was good entertainment indeed!

Then......

I recieved my package from Sonja for her giveaway I had won last month, plus she threw in a few little(but amazing) surprises! There was some candy too, but I opened it and am now in the process of eating it! (o:

And now introducing...

Sonja was my Happy Mail partner for February and she told me that she was going to make this adorable little owl for me, but needed to find the pattern, so I got him today! Isn't he a cutie? He even smells like vanilla!

I have been a very lucky girl this week...I have won 5, yes 5 giveaways!!!

I won a $30 shop credit to HollyDays shop from the blog Gussy...The Gilded Bee giveaway on the blog Cut and Paste... a beautiful print from OPB Studios from the blog One Pearl Button that belongs to the talented and lovely Alli...I will call this next one a technical win, I was lucky enough to comment on the giveaway on the blog With Love and now she is sending me a little suprise package...and last, but not least, I won the Springtime Giveaway on the Kara Rosenberry Company blog, which is a collection of her beautiful stationary and notecards that she sells in her Etsy shop!

Maybe I need to go out and buy a Powerball ticket, what do you think?
