It's Spring???

Happy First Day of Spring Everyone!

This is what the first day of Spring looks like in Missouri!

Man, I just hope that next weekend looks better so Gabe and I can enjoy our weekend away! Weston is one of those towns that you usually walk around in and I don't know if I could walk around in this and enjoy myself! Fingers crossed for better weather next weekend...I have pirates and murder mysteries to take pictures of! LOL!

I did have a little "sunshine" to brighten my cold and snowy day...

 

I received my Happy Mail package from the lovely Jamie this afternoon!

It was full of everything I love!

Notice all of the pink and yellow Starburst...those are my two favorite kinds and she took that time to pick them out of a package of them just for me! My husband said "Man, she must really like you to sit down and pick out those two flavors from one package!" lol!

Thank you Jamie, I love it all, but I love you more, you rock! 

Last night I checked in at on the RVA online store to see if they had added anymore cuteness, I have been wanting one of their "Holy Cute" t-shirts for sometime now, but they haven't had them in stock or in my size...well guess what??

They had some in stock and in my size! I was so excited to get one that I ordered the purple one in my size thinking it was a womens size t-shirt, but then later I went back and read that they are a unisex size! Of course I panicked, and emailed the shop asking them if they could switch the size before it shipped out. Then this morning I just thought to myself, "Self, just order the green shirt in the correct size and then you can have two of these cute t-shirts!" So I then ordered the green shirt and in the paypal note to seller, I told them not to worry about switching the purple one....this morning I got an email from Erin, from RVA, saying that it was no problem to switch sizes and that she would have them both shipped out first thing Monday! Talk about customer service! I am a pain in the ass when it comes to buying things, and yet they still fixed the mistake that was made by ME in the first place. I am pretty sure that if I wanted to switch my order after it was placed at some other online store like a Gap or Old Navy then they would tell me that wouldn't be possible, that is if I ever heard back from them in the first place. This situation is why I love buying handmade, this is the reason I decided to start selling my own handmade goods on Etsy, so that I can give the same kind of customer service as the lovely ladies who run and work at RVA!

Thanks girls, you rock!

So I am now the proud owner of two Holy Cute t-shirts, and I'm pretty happy about it!
