"The act of officially deciding something"...Well, I have officially decided to take this journey, achieve my goals, and make healthier choices for not only myself, but for my family. It took some doing, I had to purge quite a few items from my pantry and refrigerator, but they will soon be filled with healthy options, fresh veggies and lean meats!
It's week 2 of my online Bible Study and I have to say that I feel good, I don't feel as if I'm failing, or on the road to defeat...thanks to the help from God, family and my small group on Facebook! I CAN DO THIS!
Dear Lord, Thank you for this beautiful day you have given us, thank you for your continued guidance and love, I pray that you help me make the right choices, and keep my eyes on the ultimate prize...YOU! In Jesus' Name, Amen!
